Welcome

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

Thank you for being here. I’m truly grateful that your curiosity and intuition guided you to this space.

My journey to yoga began on a very different path — one of wandering, searching, and learning through experience. I spent years moving through Canada, wild and free, yet often feeling lost. In time, yoga found me. What started as a desire to improve flexibility quickly unfolded into something much deeper — a profound journey of self-awareness, healing, and transformation.

Since 2018, yoga has been a growing part of my life. By 2021, it became a dedicated daily practice — my sadhana — and with each breath and posture, I discovered the quiet power of presence, the ripple effect of mindfulness, and the joy of reconnecting with myself.

In 2023, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with the Akhanda Yoga Institute at Prana Yoga Studio in Edmonton, Alberta. What began as a personal journey quickly expanded into something greater when I was offered the chance to teach. I accepted — and instantly fell in love with the sacred space of guiding others. There is nothing more meaningful to me than helping people slow down, breathe deeply, and return to themselves.

Since then, my training has grown to include:

  • Trauma-Informed Yoga

  • Yin Yoga

  • Yoga Nidra

  • Sound Healing

  • Sanskrit & Kundalini Workshop

  • .And most recently, a solo journey to India, where I completed my 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training at the Akhanda Yoga Institute. Immersing myself in the roots of yoga was a humbling and life-changing experience — one that deepened my devotion to honoring this lineage with authenticity and care, completing my 500h.

We are all walking each other home.

Living Yoga

Yoga, for me, is far more than physical movement. It’s a way of being — a practice that extends beyond the mat into how we think, breathe, eat, relate, and show up in the world. At the heart of this path are the Yamas and Niyamas, the ethical and spiritual foundations of the yogic tradition, guiding how we relate to both ourselves and the world around us.

The Yamas teach us to live in harmony with others:

  • Ahimsa (non-violence) reminds us to act with compassion toward all beings, including ourselves.

  • Satya (truthfulness) invites us to speak and live from our authentic truth.

  • Asteya (non-stealing) teaches us to honor what is not ours — from others’ time to emotional energy.

  • Brahmacharya (moderation) encourages balance in all things, including how we use our energy.

  • Aparigraha (non-possessiveness) calls us to release attachment and embrace the freedom of letting go.

The Niyamas guide us inward:

  • Shaucha (cleanliness) invites clarity in both our external environment and inner world.

  • Santosha (contentment) is the practice of finding peace in the present moment.

  • Tapas (discipline) fuels our growth and transformation through consistent effort.

  • Svadhyaya (self-study) is the mirror through which we understand our patterns, thoughts, and deeper truth.

  • Ishvarapranidhana (surrender to the divine) teaches us to trust in a wisdom greater than ourselves.

Together, these principles have transformed my life — helping me move with greater awareness, compassion, and presence. Yoga is a return to well-being, joy, and the quiet harmony within.

I’m absolutely honored to share this path with you — with integrity, playfulness, and deep gratitude.
